I am a single mum of 4, 3 of which are diagnosed with special needs.I am a ballroom and Latin American dancer. But my all time favourite is Rock’n’Roll. I love to spend my free time on the dance floor. I gained 32kgs during my 1st pregnancy and I had been struggling to lose it. I had tried everything from meal replacement shakes, gym memberships, other weightloss programs and even prescription weight loss medication but nothing worked for me. Prior to finding the Healthy Ph@tt Living program, I was very overweight, angry and at the lowest of lows. I was always tired and wanting to sleep. But the Ph@tt program has turned my life around and I have lost 40kgs. I now have a passion to help others achieve their goals and change their lives.
